Here’s a fantastic, healthy way to start your day with a create your own banana split.

These don’t look it but are healthier than any bowl of breakfast cereal you’re considering destroying first in the morning.

Ingredients

  • Bananas
  • Greek yogurt
  • Almond slices
  • Granola
  • Dried coconut
  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • Blackberries
  • Lily’s chocolate chips

Instructions

It’s really fun to set this up like a bar – where everyone can serve themselves
  1. Split bananas in half carefully with a knife.
  2. Added 1/2 cup Greek yogurt to each
Sprinkle of:
  1. Almond slices
  2. Granola
  3. Dried coconut
  4. Blueberries
  5. Raspberries
  6. Blackberries
  7. Lily’s chocolate chips
